Hayden entered the financial services profession in 1988 and has gained valuable experience working for independent advice firms and product providers before forming Oracle Wealth in 2011.

The technical knowledge gained during this time culminated in Hayden being awarded Chartered Financial Planner status in 2015, and is now an Associate member of The Personal Finance Society.

The title Chartered Financial Planner is the most widely accepted “gold standard” qualification available for professional financial planners/advisers in the UK. Around 10% of Financial Advisers hold this title; those that do are the most qualified professionals in addition to having the best experience.

In broader terms this is equivalent to a Bachelors (first) Degree.

“The technical side of things is essential, now more so than ever – but the ability to listen, empathise and explain things with my clients is just as important”.

In his personal life Hayden is the proud father of two sons.  Out of office interests include music, football and running.  With the help of friends, family and clients money over the years has been raised for various charities by completing many 10k and half-marathons. 2015 saw Hayden and his wife Claire complete the York marathon. His passion however remains football.  Still playing each week, he also coaches Boroughbridge Junior Football Club at weekends having set the team up with another parent when the boys were aged six.

Oracle has sponsored the team and provided the boys with kit since they were formed.   Industry magazine New Model Advisor picked up on the story and recently featured Hayden who was quoted as saying  “It has been a really good experience all round.  It’s great to raise the company’s profile, meet other parents and to do my bit for the community.”
